Day by day Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Depart from Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park.
Enjoy a full-day game drive in this beautiful park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Wildlife sightings may include giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and predators such as lions.
Picnic lunch will be served inside the park.
In the late afternoon, head to a nearby public campsite where your tents will be set up and dinner prepared.

Day 2: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic park located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
Enjoy a game drive through diverse habitats including groundwater forests, open plains, and the lake shoreline. The park is famous for:
- Tree-climbing lions (if lucky)
- Large troops of baboons
- Flamingos and other birdlife
- Hippos and elephants
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.
In the late afternoon, proceed to your campsite near Manyara for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Manyara – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, begin your journey toward the Serengeti through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Enjoy scenic views of the highlands and Maasai villages along the way. As you descend into the Serengeti plains, wildlife sightings begin immediately.
Arrive in the Serengeti and enjoy an afternoon game drive across the endless savannah.
Dinner and overnight at a public campsite in Serengeti.

Day 4: Full Day Serengeti Safari
Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti ecosystem.
Track large herds of wildebeest and zebras, and search for predators such as lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush and continue game drives throughout the day, maximizing your wildlife viewing opportunities.
Return to camp in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Day 5: Serengeti Exploration
Another full day in Serengeti allows deeper exploration of different regions. Your guide will track wildlife movements and take you to areas rich in animal activity, including riverbanks and kopjes where big cats are often found.
Optional early morning game drives can increase chances of witnessing predator action.
Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro
Start with an early morning game drive in Serengeti, a great time to witness predators in action. After breakfast, begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro highlands. Enjoy a final game drive as you exit the Serengeti.
Arrive at the crater rim in the afternoon. The view over the Ngorongoro Crater is truly breathtaking—a vast caldera filled with wildlife.
Settle into your campsite, where temperatures are cooler due to the altitude. Enjoy dinner and a quiet evening overlooking the crater.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari.
This natural enclosure is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, offering one of the best chances to see the Big Five in a single day. Animals include lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and the rare black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool before continuing your game drive.
In the early afternoon, ascend the crater and begin your return journey to Arusha (approx. 4–5 hours).
Arrive in the late afternoon or early evening, marking the end of your safari.
